Organic The next "IT" herb. Have this spice on hand to create any number of Mediterranean inspired dishes. It is closely related to oregano. It has a fairly strong, flavorful, and sweet flowery taste. Like basil, marjoram should be added near the end of cooking. Season shrimp with lemon juice, black pepper and marjoram and quickly saute for a great appetizer, or add to pasta. Use in any marinara or tomato sauce recipe. Also a distinctive flavor in meatballs.
