A Nod to Nostalgia with a Twist into the Future

Over the past months, I have relished in the nod to nostalgia. It seems everything from the '80s has become "cool" again. As we continue in the uncertainty that the pandemic has created in our lives, we reach for the comfort of what gives us reassurance of what we had, whether it was just from our age at the time or the era itself. The twist into the future means becoming more aware of creativity, quality, sourcing, sustainability, fair trade, and equality. With this nod to the nostalgia and twist to the future, I bring you our version of a perfect New Year's Eve dinner for two.
