Lita's Peruvian Stack

I had so much fun creating this Lita's Peruvian Stack. It just kinda developed as a combination of dishes I had made previously after adding the artsy flare of stacking them. I used chili threads and sprinkled more of Litas Peruvian spice to add some color. It's chalked full of flavor, deeply satisfying, fun to create, and healthy to boot!
