The depth and flavor of this aromatic organic blend will delight the taste buds. With three different types of pepper: chipotle, black, and cayenne, and a beautiful blend of Caribbean spices such as allspice, clove, brown sugar, ginger & cinnamon, this blend provides the perfect depth with a bit of heat for any dish. Exceptional on pork and shrimp served over rice or in a flour tortilla. For an exceptional pork tenderloin: make a marinade by adding olive oil, spice, and tenderloin to a plastic bag and place it in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
