This organic tea is a mix of flat leaves along with twigs. It brews to a light golden-red color and has a slightly nutty, slightly sweet and delicate taste with no grassy undertones.

 Due to the processing method, Shu Mee also has higher levels of antioxidants, polyphenols, and vitamins, while  yielding less caffeine than other tea varieties.


Pour 8 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
