This is the chicken salad we come back to again and again—creamy, crunchy, a little tangy, and full of Southern flavor. Rotisserie chicken keeps it simple, while celery, red pepper, pickled jalapeños, fresh lemon, and Stratton’s Seasoning Salt give it just the right amount of zip. Serve it with crackers or toasted baguette slices for an easy lunch or appetizer, or pile it onto a sesame bun with crushed BBQ chips for a chicken salad sandwich that’s anything but ordinary.
