Fennel & Fire was born from the imagination of a Southern farm girl named Tay—named after Scotland’s River Tay—who grew up running barefoot through the irrigation waters of the Arkansas Delta. Her childhood was filled with fresh mint, sun-ripened dewberries, gardens and dirt-streaked knees. It was there, surrounded by big sunsets and bigger dreams, that she first fell in love with the land and the magic of plants.
Years later, Tay discovered the joy of cooking for friends and family—transforming fresh food with bold, organic spices and herbs. Her kitchen became a place of play, laughter, and flavor. Always curious trying something new, she shared her discoveries with everyone she knew. That love for storytelling through flavor is what sparked Fennel & Fire.
