Ginger & Palm was created for the kind of summer afternoons that stretch into warm evenings beneath café lights with a group of your closest friends. Bright and refreshing with notes of pineapple, cucumber, mint, and lime, it's equally suited for casual gatherings on the porch, beachside fish tacos, or a table filled with small bites meant for sharing.

We call these drinks Sippers because they invite you to slow down and savor the moment. Easy to prepare and beautiful to serve, they're designed for lingering conversations, open windows, and the simple pleasure of gathering with friends.

Serve it as a refreshing summer Sipper, or add a splash of rum, tequila, or coconut rum for a breezy cocktail.

A bright and refreshing tropical sipper featuring Ginger & Green Tea, pineapple, fresh lime, cucumber, and mint. Lightly sparkling with a hint of ginger spice, it's perfect for summer entertaining, brunches, and patio conversations.

Ingredients

• 4 cups Ginger & Green Tea, brewed and cooled

• 4 tsp fresh lime juice

• 2 cups pineapple juice

• ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

• 1 handful fresh mint leaves

• 2 cups sparkling water

Honey Syrup

• 2 Tbsp honey

• 2 Tbsp warm water

Garnish

• with cucumber ribbon, fresh mint sprig or lime wheel

Directions

1. Make the Honey Syrup

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and warm water until fully dissolved.

3. Set aside to cool.

4. Prepare the Sipper

5. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled Ginger & Green Tea, cooled honey syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, cucumber slices, and mint leaves.

6. Stir well.

7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.

8. Strain the mixture before serving.

9. To Serve

10. Fill serving glasses with ice.

11. Fill each glass about ¾ full with the tea mixture.

12. Top with sparkling water.

13. Gently stir and garnish as desired.

16. Make it a Cocktail

17. Add 1–1½ oz per serving of: white rum, coconut rum, or tequila

Recipe Note

• For a stronger ginger flavor, allow the mixture to infuse for up to 4 hours before straining.

• Can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance; add sparkling water just before serving.

• Excellent for brunches, showers, and summer entertaining.
