Crisp, savory mixed nuts coated with Fennel & Fire Savory Seasoning and just a touch of maple sweetness. An easy make-ahead snack that’s perfect for game day, gatherings, or anytime you need something irresistible for the snack bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole unsalted almonds
-
2 cups pecan halves
-
1 cup unsalted cashews
-
1 large egg white
-
1 tablespoon water
-
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
-
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
-
1½ tablespoons Fennel & Fire Savory Seasoning
-
Finish with a few pinches of Fennel and Fire - Fire Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the almonds, pecans, and cashews in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg white and water until very foamy but not stiff. Whisk in the maple syrup.
Pour the egg-white mixture over the nuts and toss until they are very lightly and evenly coated.
Sprinkle with the turbinado sugar and Savory Seasoning. Toss thoroughly so the seasoning is distributed over all the nuts.
- Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring and separating the nuts every 10–12 minutes. They are ready when the coating looks dry and the nuts are fragrant and toasted.
Remove from the oven and immediately separate any nuts that are stuck together.
- Cool completely on the baking sheet. The coating will continue to crisp and harden as the nuts cool.
Once completely cool, transfer to an airtight container.
