BERRY PATCH TEA BLEND:

Our organic Berry Patch tea blend is part of our Sweep Away tea series. It is blended so that you may enjoy the tea both hot or cold. This tea creation was inspired by my younger days of picking fresh dewberries off the family farm. I can feel the sunshine, the smell of the dirt, and the ice-cold tea that we sipped while feeling the wind as we sat in the back of the truck on the delta.  I hope this beautiful blend of organic blackberry tea, organic butterfly pea flower, organic hibiscus flower, organic rose hip, and organic spices, flowers & berries, will sweep you into the feel of picking berries on a summer afternoon.

SOUTHERN BERRY PATCH ICE TEA Recipe:

Bring 5 cups of filtered water to boil, and remove from heat for 1-2 min.  Add five teaspoons of Berry Patch tea to the strainer in water.  Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Remove tea leaves and strainer. Let the liquid cool for about two minutes and then add 1/4 cup local honey & 1/4 cup organic sugar. Stir to dissolve honey and sugar. Place in the refrigerator once cooled down. Enjoy within three days.

BERRY PATCH Cocktail Recipe:

Add ice and 1 cup of the above Berry Patch Ice Tea into a cocktail shaker. Shake to get the tea very cold. Pour into glass. Add 1 oz of  Merlet, Trois Citrus. Stir gently. Top with a skewer of blackberries coated in sugar. May add a cube of frozen berry patch tea if desired.
