Steelhead on the grill

I used the Perfect Salmon Blend on grilled steelhead trout last night.

Im delighted to say...It was just perfect!

We sat on the deck for the first time this season! Yeah!! I adore the time of the year when we can spend evenings on the deck, nice grilled meal, star gazing, and time for each other.

We opened some wine, a new one to me, a Pinot Gris, Classic Hugel. LOVE IT! How can you not love it, The label has a french man with a cork screw nose and a bow tie.

Perfect steelhead, garlic potatos, grilled asparagus, great wine and the best company ever. I am loving life right now.
