Preserved Lemons

So we made our first test batch of preserved lemons today. Looked at many different recipes and there are so many ideas on how to do this. This one recipe looked like it would be great! We used some of our Pure Ocean sea salt. I think the salt is so clean tasting it will have to make an impact. Now the wait...I'll let you know in 6 weeks!
