Ingredients
- 1 large egg white
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 cups pecan halves (or mixed nuts)
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar

3 tsp Fennel & Fire Winter Spice Blend
- Fennel & Fire Fire Salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk egg white and water in a medium bowl until frothy.
- Toss in pecans and stir until evenly coated.
- Combine white sugar, brown sugar, and Winter Spice Blend. Sprinkle over nuts and stir to coat thoroughly.
- Spread nuts evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 10–15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
Finish with a sprinkle of Fire Salt while warm. Cool completely before serving or storing.
